Moroccan players have showed great mentality and played a great defense in the decisive Morocco-Ivory Coast game. Despite the Ivorian elephants’ massive defense against the Moroccan team, Ivory had no escape from a second kick played through the Moroccan key defender Mehdi Benatia, who scored his fabulous goal just five minutes after Morocco’s first goal. There was an incredible harmony between the Moroccan players, who balanced between the run and the pass throughout the game. Moroccan goalkeeper Munir Mohanad Mohamedi has also played a key role in today’s decisive game against the Ivorian players as he succeeded to abort all their attempts to score. This qualification is long overdue for Moroccan millennials who have never watch their national team play in a World Cup.
